We acknowledge the Ngunnawal people as the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respects to the elders past, present, and emerging. We would like to thank the traditional custodians for nourishing the land and animals. We thank the Ngunnawal people for allowing us to learn, grow, and play on this land. We acknowledge that underneath this concrete and asphalt that this is, was, and will always be Ngunnawal land. We promise to look after the land by respecting the environment and its wonderful natural features.

As we commence the 2023 school year I extend a warm welcome to our returning community and families joining us for the first time. Another year brings another reason to smile and be proud of our wonderful school, and the parents and students that make our community so special. Children at Duffy Primary School benefit from the richness of a school that is culturally diverse and global in nature.
